Production and sales of semi cured sheets, copper-clad laminates, multi-layer circuit board inner layer production, lamination processing, etc. The monthly production capacity of semi cured films is 1.5 million square meters, the monthly production capacity of copper-clad laminates is 150000 sheets, and the monthly production capacity of compression processing is 250000 square meters.

Guangdong Longyu------Guangdong Longyu New Materials Co., Ltd

Established in June 2017 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB, it is the second industrial park built by Longyu Group through self purchased land investment. Located in the High tech Industrial Park of Shejiang Town, Meixian District, Meizhou City. The company mainly researches, produces, and sells semi cured films, copper-clad substrates, and CNC drilling processing for circuit boards. The total designed production capacity is 27 million high-performance copper-clad laminates and 60 million meters of semi cured sheets per year; The first production line with a monthly capacity of 800000 pieces of copper-clad laminates and 1.5 million meters of semi cured sheets has been officially put into operation.

Zhuhai Long Yu------ Zhuhai Longyu Technology Co., Ltd

Established in October 2019 with a registered capital of 200 million RMB, it is the third industrial park purchased and invested by Longyu Group. The park is located on the south side of Chengyi Road in Fushan Industrial Park, Doumen District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. The planned land area is 75000 square meters, with a total designed construction area of 186550 square meters. The first phase of the PCB factory, covering 73000 square meters, has already been put into production. Our main business includes the production and sales of circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, and semi cured sheets, as well as multi-layer lamination processing. Our designed annual output includes 2 million square meters of circuit boards, 3 million square meters of multi-layer lamination processing, and 5 million sheets of copper-clad laminates.

Shenzhen Longyu------Longyu Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd

Mainly engaged in the technical development and sales of electronic laminates and circuit boards, as well as the research and sales of electronic specialized materials. Having been deeply involved in the PCB industry for over 20 years, our business also covers the production and sales of circuit boards, copper-clad laminates and semi cured films, as well as multi-layer lamination processing. As a subsidiary of Longyu Group, Longyu Electronics has production bases in Shenzhen Shajing, Meizhou Dongsheng Industrial Park, Shejiang Guangmei Industrial Park, and Zhuhai Doumen. Longyu Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for market development, planning, promotion, after-sales and sales of various companies in the group.

In 2024, Longyu and Goodwell reached a strategic alliance.Goodwell's main business is to deeply cultivate foreign markets, while Longyu has established a solid foundation in the domestic market, Business focuses on the domestic field. The differences in business layouts between the two parties have laid a solid foundation for cooperation, aiming to complement each other's strengths and jointly expand the global PCB market.

After a year of close collaboration and adjustment, both parties have achieved initial results in market expansion, technical exchanges, and other aspects. Based on good cooperation results and a common development vision, in 2025, Longyu officially became a shareholder of Gaohui, with Goodwell holding 51% of the shares and Longyu holding 49% of the shares in the first quarter, elevating the cooperation between the two parties to a new height.
